自制养颜椰汁红豆糕

我是一个很喜欢吃甜品的人，大家看我周末随拍里哪一辑照片里是没有甜品的？哈哈。
但是在我生活在国外，吃中式甜品就不是那么方便了，

所以周末闲时经常会在家里搞搞新意思，自制中式甜品来满足一下对甜品的欲望咯。

这个周末我做了椰汁红豆糕，主要材料是椰浆、淡奶和红豆，这三样都是养颜的食物，

常吃还有养颜美白的功效呢。妈妈是食疗专家，她的养颜理论一直都注重内在调理，

与其每天花几个小时在脸上涂涂抹抹，还不如多吃点有身体有益的食物，天然也环保。

先说说材料吧，看上图从左起：适量红豆，20克大菜丝，一罐椰浆，一杯牛奶，

1,1/2量杯白砂糖，还有一个没拍，呵呵，就是四大勺鷹粟粉（玉米粉、生粉）。

制作过程：

1. 先把红豆用清水泡几个小时，然后用适量清水把红豆煮软，把红豆隔水后待用。

2. 把椰浆和牛奶混合在一起，然后加入约四大勺鷹粟粉搅拌均匀，待用。（下图显示的粟粉的大概分量，汤勺的粉是满出来的）

3. 先把三大碗清水烧开，然后放进大菜丝（也可以买片状的，不过我比较喜欢丝状，因为比较容易融化），融化后加入白砂糖。

4. 等白砂糖融化后，把椰奶粉浆（2）慢慢倒入（加入前最好先搅拌一下粉浆哦），一边倒入粉浆一边在锅里搅动，记住要向同一个方向搅拌，直到粉浆慢慢变稠，把火转小，注意要不停的搅动，直到粉浆的表面像冒泡那样，就算是把粉浆煮开了，最后把粉浆倒进容器中，放进红豆，用汤勺轻轻把红豆分布均匀，冷却后放冰箱一个小时就可以吃咯！

小贴士：

我故意把鷹粟粉的分量缩小了，一般的椰汁红豆糕煮好的粉浆都比较稠，

红豆都会不均匀的分布在椰汁糕的里面，我的这个分量呢，煮出来的粉浆就比较稀，

所以红豆会沉在下面，冷冻之后倒出来，就会看到一层红豆在椰汁糕的上面，

比较美观，而且口感也比较好。

牛奶的美容功效：牛奶富含维生素a，可以防止皮肤干燥及暗沉，使皮肤白皙，有光泽；牛奶含有大量的b2，可以促进皮肤的新陈代谢；牛奶中的乳清对黑色素有消除作用，可防治多种色素沉着引起的斑痕；牛奶能为皮肤提供封闭性油脂，形成薄膜以防皮肤水分蒸发，还能暂时提供水分，可保证皮肤的光滑润泽。

椰浆的美容功效：驻颜美容椰汁含糖类、脂肪、蛋白质、生长激素、维生素和大量的人体必需的微量元素，经常饮用，能益人气力，补充细胞内液，扩充血容量，滋润皮肤，具有驻颜美容作用。

红豆的美容功效：红豆自古就被认为是养生食品，吃了又不会发胖，具有减肥与养顏的作用，尤其富含纤维素，可帮助排泄体内盐分、脂肪等废物，对美腿有百分百的效果。红豆富含维生素B1、B2、蛋白质及多种矿物质，古时候就被认为能防疫，具有改善贫血，脚气病、消炎、消肿的功效。
红豆是很适合女性的食物，它含有丰富的铁质，中医经常鼓励女性在生理期间，利用红豆保养身体。红豆所含的石硷酸成分可以增加大肠的蠕动，促进排尿及减少便秘，进而清除下身脂肪。

这是我周末在家里做的DIY，大家猜猜是什么东东？哈哈

妈妈看到我那个DIY花苞裙在Yoka上了主页，比我还开心

周六还给我买了一块布料说给我自己玩，汗... 她以为我真的是天才么

好喜欢这块花布的图案啊，看来真的要动动我的小宇宙想想可以用来做什么...

周六出去买了很多DIY材料回家，也够我玩一阵子的了，哈哈

给妈妈的衣服加了点装饰，材料就是上图的那两条黑色花边

把它们重叠在一起然后再用针线缝上黑色水钻，简单却不失时尚（这是妈妈的评语，哈哈）

好吧，辛勤劳动以后少不了的就是....甜品时间，我的至爱啊...

用可以买一件名牌衣服的钱帮几个童军买下了这个可爱的徽章

那些孩子看到我给那么多钱也吓了一跳，呵呵

这个周末虽然没买衣服，但是心情却比买新衣服要开心百倍，

这个小徽章就这样挂在我的包包上跟着我逛了一下午，今天上班还挂着，哈哈

自从上个月看到甜姐儿Alexa Chung为Madewell设计的2010秋季系列之后，

就下决心要翻箱倒柜把我高中时期穿过的工人裤全都挖出来。

经过一番努力还真被我找到了一条崭新的牛仔工人短裤，

跟这个系列的款式还大同小异呢，开心死了

到了周六把裤子洗好晾干，准备穿上身的时候我犹豫了...

我对自己说，to be or not to be...？装嫩还是不装嫩？穿还是不穿？

结果在等得不是很耐烦的妈妈就说，今天是周末谁看到你啊？再说，自己开心怎么穿就怎么穿！

周末和几个朋友飞去了另外一个城市参加朋友的婚礼，

本来八点半起飞的航班拖到了九点过才起飞...

一到酒店就不停的化妆，照片里的是咱们的伴娘小姐:)

新郎来接新娘的时候刚刚把几个小女孩的妆化好了，呼出一口大气哈

化好妆我就可以周围去溜达了，哈哈，姐妹们要新郎吹的气球，

想抱得美人归是要付出点代价的啦，哈哈

女人结婚那一天似乎每个细微的动作都很自然的流露着幸福

新郎把美人抱走了的同时我的肚子已经在打鼓了，当然要好好吃一顿啦

只拍了前菜和甜品，因为主菜来的时候一下子就被我吃完了，哈哈

当晚还客串做了司仪，所以要提前下去打点一下音响

DIY - LV + Montblanc

估计很多时尚女性都是LV的拥护者吧，

你们又有没有想过跟LV包包带来的小锁头也可以摇身变成好看的饰品呢？

其实Louis Vuitton的饰品系列差不多每年都少不了小锁头的元素，

但是自己动手DIY的LV小锁头项链当然是独一无二的啦，呵呵

LV银色小锁头 + Montblanc Star系列项链

这个配搭简简单单，又不失时尚感，我一直都比较喜欢银饰和白金首饰
没想到用LV的银色锁头来做Montblanc项链的吊坠会有这样的效果，like it!!

这个项链是朋友送的，不太清楚是什么牌子，不过自己DIY的话也是很简单的事情啦

朋友的结婚请帖，做得很精致，色调也很美，刚收到的时候一下子感觉家里溢满了幸福的气味

这个周末一直在听的CD，喜欢这首Love History

周六晚上去看了Invictus，通过一个体育比赛去唤醒整个国家人民的爱国思想

元宵节的早上，家里的小盆栽开花了，还是一对呢，赶紧拍下，呵呵

过元宵虽然在国外没什么气氛，不过还是要吃汤圆的，呵呵

一大早就做了巧克力汤圆，其实就是用一棵花生巧克力豆做馅的汤圆

做法简单，而且吃起来口感很好呢

女人一吃甜品就一发不可收拾，下午和妈妈去逛街的时候忍不住吃了一份Brownie

整个房间一下子就充满了艺术气息，既可以装饰空间，又可以把自己的饰品归类，

Make An Old Dress Changes In 3 minutes

最近在疯狂寻找花花衣服，连妈妈的夏威夷大花花裙也不放过了，
但是我喜欢的只是图案，不是款式，所以就要动动脑筋，
在不用剪刀的情况下（我怕我妈妈某天会问我索回）把这长裙变成短裙，
我玩着玩着就变出了几款呢，先说说第一款哈，简单款（上图），材料是两个小扣针，
在裙脚的两边用扣针把裙脚和腰部的两个点扣在一起

效果就象下图那样了，一分钟时间就把长裙变成了很有质感的短裙咯，呵呵

小建议：为了保险一点可以每边加上一个小扣针。

现在说说另外一款，材料双倍，其实就是四个小扣针，呵呵

先把裙子反过来，为了做起来更方便可以用衣架把裙子挂起来，
1）我们看到的就是里面向外的裙子了，先两边裙脚对折然后捏出来一个中间点，
把中间点用扣针往上大概30cm距离的地方扣一下。

2）然后扣后面的中间点，最后就是左右两边。
3）把四个点扣起来就想图片那样的，最后就是把裙子反过来。

反过来之后就变成一条可爱的娃娃裙啦，不用上班的时候就可以这样穿

但是，我今天上班哎，所以我在腰间加了一条皮带

就成了这个上班look了，呵呵，然后摄影师说要给他一个杀死人的眼神

我就模仿那些时装模特装模作样了一下，但是出来的效果感觉象我想杀人似的，哈哈

PS. 刚好按快门的那一下有阵风吹了过来，所以视觉上裙子的左边就没了一块，

但是又赶着上班，所以就这样算了:(

今天挺“西”风的，身上穿的都是Zara的衣服，裙子本来是过膝半截裙，

这个系列的民族风很特别，连一直是简约主义者的我都被深深吸引了

看过不少民族风的系列，裁剪线条如此干净利索的还真是少见

几经辛苦昨天终于在网上抢到了Valentine's Day的电影票，上个月在杂志里介绍的时候就很想看

喜欢这种类型的电影，从早年的Crash，到去年的He's Just Not That Into You，

还有今年的Valentine's Day，都是通过戏中的几个小故事和人物与人物之间微妙的关系去贯穿整个电影

这套《情人节》还是一贯的全明星阵容，讲述了生活在LA的一群人，他们在情人节都有着怎样的小故事

来得虽然平凡却显得那么生活化，看着这个电影也让我反复想着，情人节那天我身边的人都有着怎样的遭遇？

他也许是你在电视里看到的体育明星，在烦恼着如何公开自己那不被世俗看好的爱情；

她也许是你的外科医生的情人，自己当了别人的情妇却懵然不知；

Make a scarf with your old clothes

昨天在家里一边看电视一边DIY的围脖，材料是一件缩水了的旧衣服，呵呵

相信每个女人的衣柜里都会有一些很久都没有穿过的衣服，
如其让它们沉睡在衣柜里，还不如想想如何将其改造成一件实用的单品，

我们在追求时尚的同时也要支持一下环保啊
m

还是说回制作过程吧，其实很简单，（1）把上衣的下半截用剪刀剪出来，

（2）然后在一边用剪刀剪出大概1cm宽的布条，

（3）最后就是在每根布条的尖上打一个结，那就成了照片里我带着的围脖啦。

Yesterday I made this scarf with an old blouse forgotten in a corner of my closet.

And the process is very very simple, (1)cut with scissors between the bottom of the blouse,

(2)beam strips about 1 cm wide, (3)and the last step tie a knot at the tip of each strip.

感觉就像是给Alexa Chung的衣帽间来个大公开，呵呵

PS. 这个系列里面的木屐和Chanel的那双有点相似呢

pero no pude resistir esta vez, primero porque el blog de Caroline Blomst es uno mis favoritos

es un outfit sencillo pero muy actual, son elementos que le puedo sacar mucho provecho

Esta franela de leopardo la compré el año pasado, en realidad es un modelo para caballero

pero cada vez que me la pongo nadie se da cuenta que se trata de una franela para hombres

自製传统年糕

年三十那天在家裏做了年糕，拿去給父母品嘗了之後都說不錯

製作方法很簡單哈，先說說材料，我用了一包糯米粉（1磅裝的）

大約300克片糖（分量可以按喜好調整），最後就是半公升清水
m

製作方法：

1/ 片糖加清水煮溶，熄火后待凍，如果想年糕香一點，可以加入1湯匙椰漿

2/ 把糯米粉先篩均勻，然後把已經涼了的糖水加入糯米粉裏，加一湯匙葵花子油攪勻

如果想年糕的口感韌一點的話，攪拌的時間可以適當長一點

3/ 把糯米漿倒入已經凃上油的糕盆内，隔水蒸大約一個小時，每人家裏的廚房火候也不太一樣

蒸一個小時后可以打開蓋，用筷子插進糕中央

拿出來的筷子是乾淨的也不沾到粉漿的就證明年糕已經蒸熟了

在wikipedia上面砵仔糕的英文翻譯是Put chai ko，哈哈，so funny
這是星期六在家裏無聊做的紅豆砵仔糕，朋友們吃了都說口感不錯...
那就發出來和大家分享一下啦，做法其實很簡單，先說說材料和份量吧

材料：1) 粘米粉1, 1/4量杯，2) 白砂糖1量杯，3) 紅豆小許（一天前用清水浸透），加上適量砂糖用水煮軟，4) 8個小瓷碗，最後就是2,1/2量杯清水

首先粘米粉加入1/2量杯清水拌勻，可以花多幾分鐘時間攪拌粉漿，這樣的話口感會比較好。

白砂糖加入2量杯清水煮融，滾起後把糖水沖入粉漿，迅速攪勻。
將盛砵仔糕的小瓷碗放到鍋裏蒸熱，然後注入適量粉漿及少許紅豆。
加蓋，用猛火蒸20至25分鐘即成。

若想有些變化，可將白砂糖改爲片糖，做出來的就是黃色的那種砵仔糕
或者將兩杯水改為用一罐椰奶及清水三分一杯，便可製成椰汁砵仔糕啦:)

做好的紅豆砵仔糕，拿出來后要等它涼了才可以吃的哦

我喜歡把涼了的砵仔糕放進冰箱裏一兩個小時，
我們廣東人有個説法就是“彈牙”，也就是說彈性會比較好
如果喜歡吃軟軟的，那就不需要放冰箱了

本來這個份量剛好可以做十二個砵仔糕的..
但是我懶，哈哈，第二次的時候乾脆把四個砵仔糕的粉漿倒進一個大瓷碗裏
所以就做出來了這個巨型砵仔糕了，哈哈

前幾天買了一米Leopard的布料，本來說想做一個攬枕套的
但是看著看著這塊“豹皮”突然靈感來了，30分鐘就搞定了這件背心
裁剪圖大概就是上圖那個樣子，一米的布料做完了這背心還剩下不少
打算過幾天沒事干的時候動手做條圍巾什麽的

剛想換衣服了才想起後面沒有拍...補上:)

裏面的打底可以隨季節而變化，夏天的話就配搭短袖的衣服
再補上配搭黑色背心的效果圖，用手機拍的

Me enamoré el sentir de cerca esa conexión que hubo entre los protagonistas, y siempre quise creer que esta conexión existe en el mundo real donde vivo y respiro todos los días.

之前聼助手Ann說了一個挺有趣的負負得正的理論

她說兩個矮子生下的孩子一定不會很矮……哈哈，扯遠了

感覺穿衣服也有負負得正的原理，就是把兩件很普通或者有點過時的衣服擺在一起

出來的效果可以挺驚喜的哈，今天穿的都是N年前買下的東西，第一次這樣配搭，not bad :)

Boyy，前幾天才知道的一個皮包品牌
很年輕的牌子，創建于2006年
創始人是Jesse Dorsey和Wannasiri Kongman
兩位定居在紐約的青年設計師，首先吸引我的是他們FW2009 collection的照片
很喜歡這樣的style，本來看中了他們的LUCIEN小皮包（圖5）
誰知道他們的online shop的stock是sold out! 看來捧場客也不少呢

Boyy, una marca que desconocía por completo de su existencia hasta hace varios días

por lo visto es una marca bastante joven, fundada en 2006

los fundadores son Jesse Dorsey y Wannasiri Kongman

dos jóvenes diseñadores que residen en Nueva York, lo primero que me llamó la átención

fue la calidad de las fotos de su colección otoño-invierno 2009

me gusta mucho el estilo de esta espectacular sesion de fotos, apunté por el modelo LUCIEN (imagen 5) de esta colección

pero cuando fui a averguar la existencia en la tienda online de ellos,

me dicen que este modelo está agotado! como que esta marca tiene sus fans también...

前段時間一直都是Black & Grey的配搭，這幾天工作需要總是在看春夏的lookbook

估計受了點影響了吧，今天突然想穿點淺色的東西，

就把這條買了N年的白色牛仔褲繙了出來，mmm，結果還是離不開灰色，呵呵

不知不覺就到了假期的最後一個周末

沒有去什麽特別的地方，如以往的周末一樣早上去了公園散步

中午的時候和爸爸媽媽去了CM買菜，順便去了朋友的時裝店玩玩

本來也沒什麽東西好買的了，誰知道讓媽媽發現了一件裁剪挺特別的衣服

我一看就覺覺得還好吧，嗯... 2010年的第一個工作日就穿著它

Sin querer queriendo llegó el último fin de semana de mis vacaciones...

No hice muchas cosas, en la mañana hice mi paseo de rutina en el parque negripolita
y al mediodia fui a visitar a una amiga que tiene una tienda de ropa en el famoso centro comercial CM de los paisanos.

No tenía intenciones de comprar, mi mamá estaba buscando ropa para ella y terminó mostrandome una blusa de corte raro, la ví y me gustó.

Creo que la pondré para mi primer día de trabajo en 2010.

最近我開始對LV的限量版覺得有點疲勞，記得前幾年差不多每年的限量版都會捧場
但是看到1月1日發行的限量版迷你漆皮Alma包的時候，感覺真是眼前一亮！I LOVE IT!!!
記得前幾年推出的Alma迷你綢緞系列限量版，我也馬上敗了一個黑色的
這個還是我最爱的漆皮...怎麽可以不買啊
雖然已經有一個紅色的Sunset Boulevard，但是我還是喜歡紅色的那個，太可愛了！
誰知道...打電話給LV他們竟然說還沒到Venezuela，暈..只好等咯...:(

Cuando recientemente ya estoy un poco cansada de los modelos de ediciones especiales de Louis Vuitton, que no veo nada que me llame la atención... De pronto aparece este espectacular mini bolso Alma en piel patente, definitivamente fue un amor a primera vista, me encanta!!

Si no perdí la edición especial de Satín en versión mini, tampoco voy a perder esta edición en piel patente... Aunque ya tengo uno de mismo color pero del modelo Sunset Boulevard, pero me sigue gustando el rojo más que el beige, se ve demasiado cute!

Pero cuando llamé a la tienda me dijeron que no ha llegado a mi país todavía (como siempre)

bueno... no me queda más nada que esperar....:(

When recently I'm a little tired of the models of special editions of Louis Vuitton, not see anything that caught my attention... Suddenly appears this spectacular Vernis Alma BB handbag, it was definitely love at first sight, I love it!

昨天去首都做點事情，看著還有時間就去了Shopping
逛了一下午，上圖是我光顧MNG的戰利品（except the animal print leggings），
雖然聖誕假期的時候去了免稅島瘋狂購物了幾天，
但是每次去MNG都會忍不住掏點東西回家

我逛街的時候比較懶試衣服，總是習慣買回家才慢慢試
穿得不好看才拿去換，這一次運氣不錯哦，所有衣服都合身，感覺還不錯

Estuve en Caracas ayer haciendo unas diligencias, como me sobró un poco de tiempo

aproveché para pasar por la tienda MNG, lo que muestra la imágen fue lo que compré ayer en la tienda

Aunque durante las vacaciones navideñas ya hice unas compras en la MNG de Margarita

pero cada vez que visito MNG no puedo dejar de comprarme algo:)

這一件上衣本來有一對厚厚的肩墊，但是我穿上的時候感覺怪怪的

就索性把肩墊給剪掉了，哈

aunque es un modelo de caballero pero me gustó tanto que no resistí para convertirla mía

今天我们想去别的海滩看看，

很喜欢酒店这个背景，hmmm，出发前再来一张，哈

Hoy nos decidimos visitar otras playas

pero sigo enamorada de ese paisaje mediterranean del hotel, otra foto antes de partir :p

我们要去Punta Arena海滩，途中休息的时候看到好大的仙人掌哦!

到了...不是很大的海滩，优点就是在旅游高峰期人还是挺少的，I like it

下午的时间我就在房间的露台里看书，so comfortable...
hmmm，什么时候可以在海边买一座小房子呢...

今天我们租了游艇去了Isla de Coche，这个海滩的沙很白很细
走在上面的感觉很好呢...

Nos inscribimos en un tour full day para la Isla de Coche,
la arena es blanquísima y finísima, me gusta cómo se siente caminar sobre ella

180 bsf. 可以玩一个小时的越野电单车，导游还带我们上了一个小山丘
从山丘上面可以看到Coche的全景，景色很美，可惜没带相机:(
从山上下来还去了玩浮潜（Snorkeling），一个人Bs.F.60玩一个小时，可以感受一下在水中和鱼儿一起游泳的感觉呢，而且Coche的水很清澈，可以很清楚地看到海底的珊瑚礁和海洋生物。

el guía te lleva hasta la colina de la playa los cocos
y contemplar el paisaje de Coche desde la altura

Isla de Coche还有酒店，其实在这里住两天也挺舒服的..
后来还发现酒店里有一个挺漂亮的游泳池，酒店每天会安排导师在那里教水中健身操，想瘦身的朋友也可以去玩玩，个人感觉就没什么意思，
既然有一个那么漂亮的海滩为什么还要去游泳池呢？

今天来了Pampatar，一个小小的海湾

Hoy decidimos visitar a Pampatar, una pequeña bahía que queda muy cerca de Porlamar

十年前曾经来过的餐厅，这一次来光顾感觉有点陌生

确有一种似曾相识的感觉...点了一份Ceviche，失望了...没有El Yaque的好吃:(

Por coicidencia o ciertas circunstancias de la vida jeje

caímos en el mismo restaurante que visitamos hace como 10 años atrás

el lugar me pareció un poco desconocido después de tantos años

pero al mismo tiempo el ambiente que me rodeaba me hace recordar los viejos tiempos...

pedí un ceviche, pero me decepcioné un poco

prefiero el que prepara el restaurante del hotel que hospedaba en El Yaque

吃完午饭之后我们直接去了Playa El Agua，Margarita很有名的一个海滩

但是我们去的那天遇上了涨潮，海滩上的沙都湿了，景色看起来就不是那么好了

Después del almuerzo nos fuimos directamente a Playa El Agua

una playa archiconocida de Margarita pero que nunca se nos antojó visitar

el mar estaba ¨bravo¨ ese día, según dice la gente

así que nos encontramos con una playa con las arenas mojadas y duras

para ser sincera, el paisaje dejaba mucho que desear...

最近總是很懶去更新我的blog，好像一下子做了很事情，
心里有很多話想說，卻不知道應該从何說起... 今天總算是提起劲来了
我跟自己說，Jen...2010就不可以那麽懒惰了哈...（make a wish..haha）

有人說上個月我好像人間蒸發了，論壇不上、blog不更新、msn没影
其實我是要把雜誌趕在聖誕假期前做好，聖誕假期才可以盡情玩樂
今年聖誕沒有出國，去Margarita玩了一個星期，拍了很多照片
本來今天想把那個星期的照片都選好上傳的，但是...今天有點懶...(again..haha)
所以就先送上一部分的照片，明天繼續哈:)

Últimamente he estado un poco perezosa con las actualizaciones del blog
pero hoy me dije a mi misma que tengo que dejar la pereza para dar un buen comienzo al año 2010...

se preguntarán qué he hecho durante el mes de diciembre que estuve ausente...

la primera quincena de diciembre la pasé trabajando full full full para terminar la edición número 1 del año 2010 de la revista, para poder salirme de ¨vagaciones¨ y hacer unas escapaditas a Margarita durante las navidades, tomé muchísimas fotos que medió pereza (de nuevo, ja!) de subirlas todas en un sólo día... así que las separé por partes.

Hoy subí las fotos que tomé en los primeros dos días que llegué a Margarita, espero que les gusten :)

從Puerto La Cruz坐船到Margarita大約需要三個小時
我們早上八點左右開船，上午的十一點半就到達目的地了

開車出船艙的時候把相機伸出窗外的隨拍，not bad :)

因爲早到了酒店所以還沒有房間，

等房的時候去了酒店在海邊的餐廳吃了一份Ceviche

第一口吃下去就既驚喜又意外，

沒想到一家海邊小酒店裏的小餐廳做的菜竟然那麽好吃

Probé el Ceviche del restaurant del hotel donde nos hospedamos y me encantó!!

這是我們入住的小酒店Yaque Beach Hotel的外觀

很有地中海風情的建築，訂房的時候和老闆通過email，

從他的姓氏得知他是一個德國人

其實度假的目的就是放鬆自己，抛開都市生活的煩囂

讓自己無時無刻處於一個享受的狀態當中

突然覺得很厭倦那些高級的豪華酒店，太多奢華反而會令人浮躁

所以我選擇了El Yaque，遠離市中心Porlamar

La terraza del hotel, Yaque Beach Hotel, es un pequeño hotel de 4 plantas,

pero me encantó el ambiente del sitio, muy al estilo mediterranean

pienso que las vacaciones son para relajarse, y a veces los hoteles de lujo me estresa

por eso escojimos quedarnos en El Yaque, que queda un poco alejado de Porlamar

aunque ni tanto...(15 minutos en carro :p)

吃完中午拿了房間也挺晚的了，先不去海灘，開車去Sambil逛逛

看后我身後的Golden View麽？讓人想起洛杉磯的Hollywood招牌呢

Como ya era muy tarde para ir a la playa, optamos por SHOPPING
fuimos para Sambil Margarita, vieron los letreros que dicen "Golden View" en la colina?

me recuerda al famoso letrero de Hollywood de Los Angeles...

這裡是用早餐的地方，我們七點半就下來了

趁太陽還沒有那麽辣的時候可以拍拍照

早上八點的El Yaque海灘，遊人寥寥無幾

La playa estaba prácticamente sola, con unas cuantas visitantes

這個海灘是划浪風帆愛好者的聖地
吸引了很多來自歐洲的遊客，身処El Yaque你跟本不會覺得自己是在委内瑞拉
身邊走來走去的遊人都操著歐洲口音很重的西班牙語，感覺蠻有趣的

Playa El Yaque es una playa muy famosa para practicar el windsurf,
muchos de los visitantes son extranjeros que vienen desde países europeos
como Alemania, Holanda, Findanlia, entre otros.

如果你想在海灘照相卻又不喜歡背景那麽多“閑雜人等”
早上的時間是不錯的選擇哦，see?

Si no te gusta que el fondo de las fotos sea la multitud de visitantes que tapa el paisaje
a tempranas horas de la mañana es excelente para tomar fotos

太陽也越來越猛烈... 所以中午時分就不適宜曬太陽了

Me escondí bajo el toldo cuando sentía el sol quemando mi piel

qué más podía hacer en la playa? tomarme un vino de ciruela bien frío,

escuchar las olas y leer un buen libro...

吃完午飯之後就不要曬太陽了，去Musipan王國看看

從El Yaque去只需5分鐘車程，一個在委内瑞拉很有名的stand-up comedy明星

創建的主題公園，沒有別的，理念就是搞笑

y nos fuimos para...El Reino de Musipan :)
