自製传统年糕

年三十那天在家裏做了年糕，拿去給父母品嘗了之後都說不錯

製作方法很簡單哈，先說說材料，我用了一包糯米粉（1磅裝的）

大約300克片糖（分量可以按喜好調整），最後就是半公升清水

製作方法：

1/ 片糖加清水煮溶，熄火后待凍，如果想年糕香一點，可以加入1湯匙椰漿

2/ 把糯米粉先篩均勻，然後把已經涼了的糖水加入糯米粉裏，加一湯匙葵花子油攪勻

如果想年糕的口感韌一點的話，攪拌的時間可以適當長一點

3/ 把糯米漿倒入已經凃上油的糕盆内，隔水蒸大約一個小時，每人家裏的廚房火候也不太一樣

蒸一個小時后可以打開蓋，用筷子插進糕中央

拿出來的筷子是乾淨的也不沾到粉漿的就證明年糕已經蒸熟了

昨天去了中使馆参加一年一度的春节招待会

这是我迎接虎年出席的第一个春节活动

14号星期天很多华人社区都会举行庆祝春节的文艺晚会

也许还要取舍，看看今年去哪一个地方的...

很高兴看到近年来华社逐渐开始重视我们的中国年

让在海外的华人后代感受一下我们过春节的气氛

在这个老外也知道有一个chinese new year的年代

我们海外华人又怎么可以忽略我们的传统节日呢？

Ayer asistí a un evento de celebración del año nuevo chino organizado por la Embajada China,

fue el primer evento para recibir el año de tigre es la temporada festival.

Para el día 14, la comunidades chinas de distintas ciudades harán sus celebraciones

para darle la bienvenida al año de tigre

Me alegra mucho ver que la comunidad china está comenzando

a darle importancia a nuestro festivo tradicional,

para que los chinos nativos en el extranjero puedan conocer el cálido ambiente del festival de primavera

Estamos en una era donde cualquier occidental sabe que existe un ¨año nuevo chino¨

¿Cómo nosotros los chinos radicados en el extranje podemos ignorarlo?

A friend told me that the horoscope says my lucky color for this year is turquoise...
I went home and did an intensive search in my closet, but the results is somewhat disappointing
I only found a bracelet and a vintage Chanel bag, hmmmmmm....

I think these two things will be my must wear items for 2010 regardless of fashion, hehe

昨天媽媽在心意軒裏買回來的小擺設，一看就覺得很可愛，很喜歡，呵呵

最近很多朋友結婚，也趁機祝福他們永遠幸福快樂

我想如果他們在追逐自己理想的同時，也回頭看看自己所擁有的東西是不是會好一點呢？

Sunday's dinner - August Rush

August Rush, una de las mejores películas que he visto en los últimos año, sin muchos efectos especiales, sin artistas muy famosas, sólo la música es la protagonista principal de esta producción. Me enamoré el sentir de cerca esa conexión que hubo entre los protagonistas, y siempre quise creer que esta conexión existe en el mundo real donde vivo y respiro todos los días.

August Rush, one of the best movies I've seen in recent years, without special effects, without famous artists, just the music is the only main character in this production. I fell in love with the feeling to touch this connection there was between the protagonists, and I always wanted to believe that this connection exists in the real world where I live and breathe every day.

這一次囘中國一半的時間都是在工作，

所以不是拍了很多照片，回來之後也是不停的工作

也沒太多時閒整理照片，不過這個星期應該會閒下來了

如果我在彩虹這端，你會不會就在彩虹那端等著我？
那什麽時候我們才會走到頂點，在虹橋上相遇？

昨天在廚房的窗外看到了一抹彩虹，很是心動
馬上拿相機拍下來，今天在電腦看照片的時候才發現
挂在天邊的竟然是兩道彩虹，我昨天怎麽沒有看出來呢...

其實很多事情都是這樣吧，近在眼前的卻總是不察覺
等到人家消失了，走開了，才會慢慢看到之前忽略的許許多多

到最後你會發現，從我們指尖溜走的又何止是時間

沒想到自己會選擇在最沒時間、最忙的時候來開博
也許我真的需要一個屬于自己的小窩
一個可以讓我肆意的去做某些事情的空間，I think, hehe
也不多羅嗦了，說說最近我聽的音樂...

這幾天晚上陪我入眠的不是他， 是Luis Miguel的CD，哈
N年前買下這專輯的時候反而不覺得他的嗓音那么有魅力
也許那時候的我不夠成熟，數數手指，也要說上是12年前的事情了

他97年推出的Romances到至今还是放在我CD架比较显眼的地方，
推荐里面所有的曲子，唯独Besame Mucho不是太喜欢
那么好的一首柔情经典，他竟然换了轻松欢快的手法来演绎
所以说有时候未必创新的就是最好的，也要看看适合与否

播放的歌曲叫El Reloj(時鐘)，也許是比较适合我最近心情
所以越听越有感觉，特别喜欢歌词，為大家翻譯了一下:)
